The system was created to treat the athlete's individuality with respect. If we are all indeed unique then we cannot all possibly be trained the same way. A base set of skills is highly necessary to have success in the program, however beyond that point we must study how each body is unique to become most effective and efficient. We train for none other than pure function. "FORM FOLLOWS FUNCTION"; a premise that holds true in nature, architecture and design—so why are we not applying it to sports and physical activity more often?

For the track & field athletes we train jumpers (long jump, high jump, triple jump) and sprinters below 800m  (60m / 100m / 200m / 400m / 800m). We also create programs for athletes not specific to track & field, but who are looking to improve speed, leaping and agility.
